Gill Hunt - FitSteps and FAB Instructor

"I did the training with Debra and Claire, I was nervous, I didn't believe I'd ever manage to stand in front of anyone and teach. How wrong was I? A different person suddenly appeared. Teaching FITSTEPS made me confident, smiley, not shy in the slightest.

It has changed my life more than I could ever imagine. Natalie and Ian came to the venue that I teach in in Stockport to do the FAB showcase in January. That was a day I had to pinch myself”
